I haven't updated the journal in a few weeks. Thought I should do that. heh.

I'll make a short version listing, and if you want more details, read them below.

1) At 3,999 pageviews. Might do something secial for 5K. Small rant about pageview obsessing.

2) Made a Ginpu figure out of Sculpty clay.

3) Comic Progression = swimmingly

4) Tid bits of real life.

5) Uploading comic to DA blurb.




1) Things of note... As I type this I have 3,999 pageviews. Wow... Yeah I've had the account created since Jan 07, however, I don't think I uploaded my first piece of art until Aug 07, so I think that's not too bad. Not that I care much about the page views. Maybe I could offer a piece of artwork to the person to catch 5K... hehe. Or make a thank you for that one. I think that would be more a monument stone then saying thanks every 100, 500 or 1000.

I do appreciate you all, I just think some of it's silly, reminding me of high school. I'm not in high school anymore. And... I've even had my 10 year reunion already. lol.

2) I'm going to post a picture tonight hopefully of the little Ginpu I made out of Sculpty. I decided to buy some on a whim and see what I could do. I think she came out real cute.

3) The comic is coming along well this time around. I have the script laid out and have the next two weeks sketched. I think sketching takes the most time for me, cause inking is just tracing what I already drew. LOL.

4) There is talk of us moving to Key West, though it will be about a year before that happens. I have another surgery to add to my line up for July. I'm going to Michigan in July to visit 's family. I miss my little sister who moved to North Carolina. I miss my little brother too. But I should see them around Thanksgiving. The weekend before there is some workshop at Jerry's in NC with some awesome Sumi artist. I might try to attend that.

5) One of these days I will get off my lazy ass and actually upload the comic to DA. I pay for both the DA and my own site, and would really like to catch the traffic and what not on my own site, but I won't be overly picky. If you read my comic, just try and visit the site once a week as well. I update the journal/rant there every week. You might miss something funny or interesting, since I won't put it here. heh.
